We are required by the State of Wisconsin to provide ALL alcohol onsite for the entirety of your wedding.

Yes, as long as they are enclosed in a glass container to protect the flame.

We offer several arches, neon signs and additional lighting for rent. Tabletop décor will come in with you or from a florist or rental company so you can bring your own style to the space. Ask your Event Manager for ideas!

Yes, the chandeliers and café lights are always available to use! We have additional lighting package options you can rent, such as hanging pendant lights, neon signs, or uplighting.

Yes! The fireplace is there for you to use. It will look great as a backdrop for your ceremony or cocktail hour on the Hearth Patio. You can decorate the fireplace ledge with floral, candles or greenery.

Free parking is available in the large city parking lot right across the street and on the street in a two block radius of 10 South. We can provide a map of nearby parking if you have a lot of guests traveling in.

Wherever you want it to be! We will come up with a floor plan with you at your logistics meeting and figure out the best layout for what you are envisioning for your wedding. Popular choices have been in the middle of the room or underneath the big window.

Guest tables fit 8-10 people. If you want a bit more elbow room, we recommend seating 8 per table.

We have oodles of linens to choose from, and we recommend that they are rented through us so that we can ensure the proper size and fit, and have them set and ready for you.

You can choose from a variety of preferred caterers, all who we’ve vetted for you in advance. Desserts and late night snacks can come from any provider you wish.

No – you are allowed to choose your own vendor team based on your preferences. We are excited to work with a variety of partners.

Your rental time is 12 total hours. Standard rental time is noon until midnight, with an extra hour from 12 – 1 am for you to collect your personal belongings. Additional rental time is available for purchase by the hour and two of our Coordinator Packages also include extra rental time!

No, Coordinator Packages are not required. They are an option to help you plan and coordinate, with packages that include assistance early in your process to simplify day-of coordination.
