How Many Guests Can 10 South Accommodate?

10 South can hold up to 375 guests, and every space will feel full and free at any guest count.

How Soon Can I Book My Private Event?

Most private events can be booked up to 6 months in advance. If you have an event farther out than that, we can still provide you with pricing and packages so you are ready to reserve your date the second its available!

Does 10 South Have Heating And Air Conditioning?

Yes! We’re able to adjust the temperature throughout the evening to accommodate your needs and keep you and your guests comfortable. In the colder months, outdoor heaters are also available for The Hearth Patio.

Are Tables And Chairs Included In My Rental?

Yes! Your rental includes all the tables and chairs you need, as well as additional display tables and high tables for cocktail socializing!

What Tech and A/V Is Available At 10 South?

10 South has a built in sound system, microphones, a podium, and TV screens for projecting.

What Catering Options Are Available At 10 South?

Convenient catering options are available with our trusted partners or bring in your own full-service partner of choice.

Does 10 South Offer Bar Services?

Our in-house team will take care of all of your beverage needs, from non-alcoholic service to full bar packages. The choice is up to you!

Does 10 South Have An In-House Sound System Or DJ Service?

We sure do! Our state-of-the-art sound system has been customized for our amazing and unique acoustics. Our in-house DJ service, 10 South Sound, has full access to our sound system and microphones. They’ll work with you to customize your playlist, announce your grand march, and handle everything in between.

Tell us the music you love, the songs you hate, special dances, and anything else you’ve got in mind. Or, leave it to us, and we’ll be sure to keep the party going until the lights come up!

To access our in-house sound system for any portion of your event, you must use 10 South Sound, or pay a fee to use only the mics connected to the sound system.

Is On-Site Parking Available? What About Rideshare Or Shuttle Services?

Free parking is available in the large city parking lot right across the street and on the street in a two block radius of 10 South. We can provide a map of nearby parking if you have a lot of guests traveling in.
